Body Corporate Fees

For the first time since the complex was opened that Body Corporate Fees have been reduced.

We hope that this trend can be maintained without compromising the standard of the complex.

Following the recent bushfires it was decided that the complex should have its own basic firefighting capability. A professional firefighting pump and hoses has been purchased. The committe members will have access to the pump and will be suitably trained. The purpose of this pump is to ensure we have the ability of fighting a fire until the emergency services arrive.

AGM

Will be held on Thursday 3rd December at 1pm. The meeting will be held in the undercover area next to the swimming pool.

CHRISTMAS GET-TOGETHER

There will be a get-together for all residents and owners. The date will be announced shortly.
